Driver merchandiser and salary

Cons No work life balance, no true overtime, minimal pay, hostile environment, favoritism. Expecially in the bronx new york. They all the time are harrasing you , and coursing. Yes No. Let me start by say I thought this place was a cool place to work. I was looking for long term and wanna start a career but there no advancement no making more money. Now benefit sound good lol. But they act like there family but once they have to hop in a truck because someone called out everyone has a bad day.

Now one thing that really sucks is there guys working there for long time but they were grandfathered in and have benefits 41k and retirement plans but new hires lose some good benefits and no more retirement.

Once they fix that and them supervisor I honestly think it would be a good place to work but as of now stay away Pros You get a check, you can start early to get done early, benefits when you can get them. Cons Management, no team work, pay, its always driver fault. This is not a place to consider for long term employment unless the management changes and they stop overworking drivers. You are not a driver, you are a delivery person and treated as such.

Cons Short breaks. I've worked at this location for 23 years with multiple owners and have never seen customer service so poor or even non existtent. Management over all like a lot of professionalism. Work hours were grueling and the company really went out the way to let's know they rue did not appreciate the work that you gave. I use to love coming to work the people was great. Now the management these is totally bull and present a slave like culture.

I reported this many times but got worst each yr. I hated going to work. Plus so much favoritism its obvious due them having friends or fishing buddies working along side them.
